  • Lead the ongoing creation and maintenance of on-boarding and training content for Operators and Operations employees (full time, part time, contractors, etc.).
  • Serve as the main database administrator and troubleshooting contact for training.
  • Lead the development of top class training materials for Operations leadership and in-field personnel.
  • Follow up with all market managers to ensure completion of relevant on-boarding and training material.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to all levels regarding training and on-boarding policy and procedure
  • Work closely with Operations Leadership to streamline and manage the on-boarding process for remote Operations.
  • Drive innovation and a data-driven culture within the operations team by structuring local innovation and play booking of best practices, and keeping repositories of these playbooks for sharing across markets.
  • Assist the Operations team with various projects or initiatives if needed


  • At least 3+ years of work experience in operations/logistics roles, especially in top mobility or tech companies
  • Bachelor’s degree/or equivalent experience. 
  • Track record in building profitable local logistics and operations
  • Comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management 
  • Hands-on attitude is a must. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves! 
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree/or equivalent experience. 
  • Mentorship or teaching experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle and protect sensitive and confidential company and employee information.
  • Highly organized, proactive and customer-service oriented individual.
